Our 2 newest angels were born at 12:27 and doing ok. I was able to briefly see them when they went to NICU. Twin A - 1# 10 oz has underdeveloped lungs and was intubated, otherwise fine. For now she will be in this NICU. Twin B - 2# 4.8 oz is breathing on her own but has a heart murmur. She is being taken to Cincinnati Children's as planned to be evaluated for her heart condition. Before they take her they will bring her to recovery so we can see her. Here are their first pictures I was able to snap in the hall on their way to NICU. Jessica is very sore but doing just fine. Praise God they made it, and ask him for strength and healing!
What little angels! They truly are a gift from God. Tell Jessica we are so proud of her! We will continue to be in constant prayer for mom and the babies. Lots of hugs! - Brittney and Eddie
ReplyDeleteThe girls are BEAUTIFUL Brandon! Johnna got a text from Brandi while we were in church saying that the twins were coming today. You all have been on my mind since I first heard that Jessica was pregnant. We are praying daily for you all. God is in control and will take care of you all! I told Jerod that the twins were both girls and he said, "What...Brandon has 5 kids now! He is so out numbered!" It was hilarious! Tell Jess she is a good momma....we would do anything for our babies! I pray that you all will find strength in God during this time. We love you all and thank you so much for the updates! Prayer is a powerful thing!
ReplyDeleteOhmy goodness I can't imagine how tiny they must be. Congratulations on having 2 more girls:) Such a happy, yet scary time for you guys! Praying that both will continue to develop and thrive in the days ahead. Love, Angela
ReplyDeletePraise God! We are praying for a quick recovery for Jessica. We can't wait to meet your new little angels!

Congratualtions Jessie and Brandon. Continuing to pray for you all. Hug Granny Mary for me too ;-)
ReplyDeleteContinuing to pray for strength and a quick recovery. This is just the beginning of a long journey, but I'm so relieved and happy to see the pictures.
ReplyDeleteOur twins spent their first 7 days in the NICU at their delivery hospital and then we had them transferred to AR Children's Hospital. It will be so much easier to have them both at the same hospital, if that is possible. It was a long, hard 4 months of hospital visits for us and we did not have any other kids at home.
Congratulations Brandon and Jessica! We are still praying you two and the twins! We can't wait until they get bigger and stronger and can come home! Love you both!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your beautiful new baby girls! They look so precious. God has brought you to this point and He will see you through this time too. We will pray for the little girls to grow healthy and strong.
ReplyDeleteROLLER COASTER..... We are always thinking of you guys (now x5). Our prayers continue to ask for the health of Jessica and the babies...even more now that they are with us. Let me know if you need anything for work or otherwise.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, you are all in our prayers. God has given you two precious gifts to amazing parents and He will carry you through this.
